Report abusive content on chatrooms

Following up to my other post (one and two) on the chatrooms that I've set-up for Mobile Legends players, there has been increasing reports of people who choose to infringe all or some the rules. Hence, I decided to set-up a Google Forms for those who can report a user out of these thousands of chats a day in each chatroom. It has become very difficult to manage so many chatrooms at once, considering that I have other personal commitment and many websites to manage.
